Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after cutoff hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (courier delays, natural events, strikes, etc.). We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos of the package and products

We’ll investigate and assist with a resolution as quickly as possible.
